This Driver Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding contract between you (“Driver”) and
iRide (“Company”), governing your use of the iRide car-hailing platform to offer ride-hailing
services. By registering as a driver on the iRide platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility and Registration
1.1 Eligibility:
To register as an iRide driver, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Possess a valid driving license issued by the Government of Pakistan.
Own or have access to a vehicle in good working condition with all required legal
documentation (e.g., registration).
1.2 Account Setup:
You must provide accurate personal and vehicle information during registration,
including:
Government-issued ID.
Valid vehicle documents.
Bank account or mobile wallet details for payments.
Subscription Payments.
1.3 Verification:
You agree to undergo a background check and provide any additional information or
documentation requested by iRide. Failure to meet these requirements will result in
rejection or suspension of your driver account.
2. Driver Responsibilities
2.1 Professional Conduct:
Drivers must:
Behave respectfully toward riders and adhere to a professional code of conduct.
Ensure the safety of passengers during the ride.
Comply with all traffic laws and regulations.
2.2 Vehicle Maintenance:
Drivers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is clean, roadworthy, and equipped with
all legally required safety features.
2.3 Ride Acceptance:
You agree to accept and complete ride requests promptly. Cancelling rides without valid
reasons may result in penalties or account suspension.

3. Earnings and Fees

driver and rider.
4. Location Tracking
4.1 Location Sharing:
By using the iRide app, you agree to share your real-time location with the platform and
riders for:

5. Driver Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Failure to adhere to these standards may result in immediate suspension or termination
of your driver account.
6. Limitation of Liability
iRide is a technology platform that connects drivers with riders. iRide is not responsible
for:
Any loss, damage, or theft occurring during rides.
Legal or financial liabilities arising from traffic violations or accidents.
Drivers assume full responsibility for their actions and compliance with local laws while
providing services through the platform.
7. Updates and Modifications
iRide reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. Drivers will be notified of
changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from this
Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
9. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By signing up as a driver on the iRide platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You will adhere to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
- You authorize iRide to track your location for operational purposes.
- You have read and understood this Agreement in full.
