These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the iRide platform, mobile applications, websites, content, products, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering binding contracts.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. iRide may verify identity and suspend or terminate accounts for non-compliance.
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and any activity on your account.
You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws.
No fraud, harassment, unsafe requests, or illegal activity. iRide may suspend accounts for violations (see Safety & Quality Standards).
Provide fair, truthful feedback, no defamatory or abusive content.
Prices are typically displayed in-app before you confirm.
The final contract for transport or rental is between you and the Provider.
Accepted payment methods are those shown in-app. For specific services (like iRental), additional payment rules apply (see the iRental section below).
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, tolls, parking, permits, or add-ons as shown in-app or otherwise agreed consistently with these Terms.
After a trip, you will receive a digital receipt summarizing fare and applicable charges.
Governed by our Cancellation Policy and any service-specific rules in these Terms (e.g., iRental).
If a Provider cancels, we will attempt reassignment; otherwise, you may reschedule or receive a refund of any fare collected for that booking.
If a service cannot proceed due to events beyond reasonable control, fees may be waived or adjusted.
Providers must meet the Safety & Quality Standards; Riders must behave respectfully and follow reasonable safety instructions.
No smoking, hazardous materials, or illegal activity during trips.
iRide may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
Raise discrepancies (fare, wait charges, expenses) within 48 hours of trip end through in-app support.
iRide may review time/location data and Provider logs and make a fair determination for Platform matters.
All Platform content, trademarks, and software are owned by iRide or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." iRide disclaims warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
iRide's liability related to the Platform is limited as described in our Limited Liability Policy and under applicable law.
iRide is not responsible for the acts or omissions of Providers or third-party services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iRide, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your use of the Platform, breach of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.
Your data is managed as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such processing for safety, billing, and support.
We may modify or discontinue parts of the Platform. We may update these Terms; the updated version will be posted with a new "Last updated" date and becomes effective upon posting or as stated.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, unless otherwise required by local law. Disputes will be managed through the venues and procedures stated in the app or herein.
You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, risk, or legal reasons.
These Terms and referenced policies constitute the entire agreement between you and iRide.
If a clause is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
You may not assign your rights; iRide may assign to an affiliate or successor.
We may provide notices by in-app message, email, or posting to the Platform.
iRental is a pre-booked, chauffeur-driven rental feature on the Platform. iRide is a marketplace/intermediary; the transport service is provided by independent Providers.
Rider-Initiated:
Provider-Initiated: If the Provider cancels before start, we will try to reassign; if not possible, you may reschedule or receive a full refund of the fare collected.
Force Majeure: If service becomes impossible due to events beyond reasonable control, fees may be waived or adjusted.
Riders must comply with our Safety & Quality Standards and follow reasonable Provider instructions. No smoking, illegal activity, or unsafe requests. Accounts may be suspended for violations.
iRide does not provide the transport service and is not liable for Provider acts/omissions except as required by law. Platform-related liability, if any, is limited as per our Limited Liability Policy. Providers are responsible for compliance, permits, and insurance.
