does not own, operate, or control any vehicles and is not responsible for the actions of

drivers or riders.

1.2 Service Facilitation Only:

iRide provides a platform to book rides but does not guarantee availability, punctuality, or

quality of service.

2. Liability Regarding Drivers

2.1 Driver Conduct:

Drivers using the iRide platform are independent contractors, not employees of iRide.

iRide is not liable for:

  • Driver conduct or behavior during the ride.

  • Any illegal, negligent, or reckless actions taken by the driver.

  • Delays, cancellations, or ride refusal by drivers.

2.2 Driver Screening:

iRide conducts a basic screening process for drivers but cannot guarantee the accuracy or

completeness of driver-provided information. Riders are encouraged to report any concerns

for review.

3. Liability Regarding Riders

3.1 Rider Conduct:

Riders are responsible for their behavior during the ride. iRide is not liable for:

  • Damage caused to the driver’s vehicle or property by the rider.

  • Harassment, misconduct, or illegal actions by riders.

Any disputes between riders and drivers must be resolved independently. iRide may

Drivers are solely responsible for the maintenance and safety of their vehicles. iRide is

not liable for:

  • Mechanical issues, malfunctions, or breakdowns during rides.

4.2 Roadworthiness:

iRide does not inspect vehicles and cannot guarantee their roadworthiness or compliance

with local laws.

5. Liability for Payments

5.1 Cash Payments:

For cash payments, iRide is not responsible for:

  • Non-payment by riders.

  • Discrepancies or disputes between riders and drivers regarding the amount due.

5.2 Electronic Payments:

For electronic payments:

  • iRide does not process payments directly and is not responsible for delays, errors, or

disputes in fund transfers.

  • Users are responsible for completing payment transactions independently.

6. Liability for Location Tracking

6.1 Location Data:

iRide uses real-time location tracking to facilitate services but is not liable for:

  • Accuracy of location data.

  • Disruptions in GPS services caused by external factors (e.g., poor signal, technical
