At iRide, we are committed to providing a seamless and transparent experience for all our
users. As our platform operates on a subscription-based model for drivers and does not take
payments from riders or drivers for individual trips, our refund policy is outlined below:
1. Monthly Subscription Fee
The monthly subscription fee paid by drivers is non-refundable, regardless of usage or trip
cancellations.
This fee grants drivers access to the iRide platform, allowing them to connect with riders
and accept trip requests.
2. Trip Payments
iRide does not process or handle payments between riders and drivers. All payments are
made directly between the two parties.
As iRide does not facilitate trip payments, we do not provide refunds related to trip
charges, cancellations, or disputes.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds for the subscription fee may only be considered in the following exceptional cases:
If the driver was unable to access the platform due to a verified technical issue for a
prolonged period (more than 72 hours) caused by iRide.
If the subscription was charged incorrectly or multiple times due to an error.
4. Process for Requesting a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptional circumstances mentioned
above, you can request a review by:
1. Contacting our support team within 7 days of the issue.
2. Providing the following details:
Account email or registered phone number.
Details of the issue or reason for refund.
Proof of payment (if applicable).
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
5. Refund Method
If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances:
The amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business
days.
